Short Information : Haryana State government’s plan to provide 50 percent subsidy on Tractor of More than 35 HP capacity for Increasing Income of SC farmers of the state. This scheme is only for Scheduled Caste (SC) farmers. Scheduled caste farmers who are registered on “Meri Fasal Mera Byora” can apply on Saral portal till date 10-01-2023.

Some Key Points of SB-89 Tractor Scheme

SC farmers will have Apply Scheme on Saral portal. If there are more applications than the target, the beneficiary will be selected through an online draw by the District Scheme Executive Committee (DLEC). The beneficiary farmer will have to get the tractor registered in his name and will have to take an oath not to sell the tractor for the next five years. If the tractor is sold before five years, the subsidy amount will be recovered from the farmer along with interest. Selected farmers can buy the tractor of their choice from the tractor firms approved by the department by negotiating a price.
